 1.- For me is a form of work virtuality in the time and space with others persons and

 

share skills, knows,  Habilities, and so, that are important for make a jointed work

 

with an excellent result.

 

Nowadays It allows  to focus on the job, without second-guessing what others are doing.

 

Trust helps avoid or eliminate bureaucracy, unnecessary process, and excessive oversight

 

that can both inhibit innovation and slow progress. It is by building trust that organizations

 

can create high performing teams.

 

2.-  Of the HR element on slides 8 thru 12, which one do you feel has the most impact? Why?

 

Nowadays de hability for make a work changed, have more liberty, and we can use more

 

the creativity, but our leaders want work how in the past and they want have all the control of the work of all the workers of his área.

 

They nedd change his form of work and change in reallity leaders and let to the people work
